For questions about an order, product, collaboration, or the TEF Community Shop, write to sales@anthenara.com.
Order questions
Please include your order number and the email address used at checkout. If an item arrived damaged or incorrect, attach clear photographs of the item and packaging where relevant. Please do not send payment-card details or other sensitive financial information.
We will reply as soon as we reasonably can. During product launches, holidays, or high-volume periods, responses may take a little longer.
